Feeling Sentimental
With our 30th wedding anniversary approaching, I have been remembering our wedding day.
With our 30th wedding anniversary approaching, I have been remembering our wedding day.
Last weekend, Faith performed in her first Basque Dance festival. She is the shortest girl in the video (the one on the far left, pulling her partner around).
Yesterday i had the opportunity to spend the day with my granddaughter Faith. We had planned to go to the beach, but the weather posed an obstacle. We waithed for a break in the rain, and timed it perfectly!

Wow! I am gonna have to do that again soon! What fun!!!
I went to the track with my friends Steve and Murray yesterday (thanks fellas).
Here are some pics from the first couple of sessions.
So… I cleaned my windsceen and face shield this morning before leaving Idaho Falls.
Faith Marie Aanestad had her first birthday a month ago
(I know, I need to make an effort to keep this current).

Graham and Michelle are very good parents. I am proud of them  🙂

I resisted long enough. If you’re interested:
I had the weekend off, so I spent most of the day Sunday riding SouthEastern San Diego.Â
It was a beautiful day: temperatures in the upper 70s; clear skies; clean air; beautiful scenery.
I only took a handful of pictures.
I saw some cool old vintage bikes at Mother’s Kitchen.
And, of course, I took a self-indulgent shot of my R1 atop Mt Palomar.
A photographer was there, and jumped out on my way down the mountain to snap a picture.
It wasn’t a great shot of superior riding ability…but it was me and my bike  🙂

Today I joined a few friends (members of the FZ1OA) on an all-day ride around Southern California mountains. We met at the Cajon Pass and rode to Big bear, down the mountain and up to Idyllwild, then headed home.
Â
I didn’t take many pictures (sorry! I was busy riding), but I thought I’d post these:
Â
A few of the guys met at my house in the morning.
Â
Â
Of course i had to take a couple pictures of my FZ1
